Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Retail OS. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The free demo

The demo lasts 7 days and includes every feature. We don't ask for payment details. When it ends, you can pick a plan and keep your setup, or stop using the service.

Plans and payment

• Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown on the pricing page.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
• Each plan has a limit on items and devices. If you go over, we'll ask you to move to a plan that fits.
• If a bill is not paid within 15 days of its due date, we may pause selling until it is paid. Your records stay safe.

Your account

• Keep your passwords and PINs private. You are responsible for what your staff do with their accounts.
• Only use Retail OS for lawful business.
• Your store's data belongs to you. You can ask for a copy at any time.

Our service

We work to keep Retail OS available and your data safe, and we back it up regularly. Like any online service it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or an internet outage.

Retail OS helps you keep records, but you remain responsible for your taxes, BIR requirements and the accuracy of what you enter.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We may close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
