Questions
What counts as a device?+
A computer, laptop or tablet that is allowed to open your store. You approve each one in Settings. The owner can still check reports from a phone.
What is an item (SKU)?+
Each thing you sell with its own price. A shirt in three sizes is three items. A soft drink sold by the bottle and by the case is two.
What happens after the free demo?+
Pick a plan and keep everything you set up. If Retail OS isn't for you, do nothing; we never ask for a card during the demo.
How do I pay?+
We send you a bill each month or each year. Pay by bank transfer, GCash or Maya.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Move up when you add items or counters, or down in a quiet season. The new price starts on your next bill.
What do I need to run it?+
A computer with Google Chrome and an internet connection. A barcode scanner and a thermal receipt printer are optional but recommended.
